FAQs
What is a discovery call?
This is our "kick-off" call that explores your vision. It's really helpful if you have a creative brief or examples of inspiration. Based on this call, I will pull together a mood board.
How long does it take to receive the final images?
Typically, I will deliver your final images 3-7 business days after the photo shoot. If your project requires a different timeline, just let me know, and I will be happy to accommodate you.
Will I know in advance what day(s) you will be holding the photoshoot?
Yes. I'll work with you to determine the shoot schedule based on the time to ship the product, availability, and date the assets are needed. You are also welcome to participate remotely using a private gallery that allows you to comment and rate images as they are added. I also like to stay in contact with my clients through a photoshoot via text, regardless if you are viewing the images in real time.
How does prop selection work?
I have a wide variety of props and surfaces in my studio available for us to use. If your project requires props that are not in my current inventory, then I will be more than happy to source options for us to look at together at no additional cost. During our pre-production process, you will receive a mood board with props and surfaces that I recommend based on your creative vision or shot list. This is a chance for you to review and offer feedback. We can adjust as needed.
How will my images be delivered?
Your images will be delivered via Google Drive, where you can download high-resolution JPEG versions of your images. GIFs and videos will be in an MP4 format. If you need another format, just let me know.
Can I be a part of the photo shoot remotely?
Absolutely. I can provide real-time photo proofing via web link. You'll be able to view, comment on, and rank the images. You can share the link with your team or other creative partners. Some clients even like to join me in person at the Dallas studio.
